You will face challenges like

• taking responsibility for the planning, construction management, and execution of complex refurbishment and maintenance projects

• preparing bills of quantities and tender documentation

• managing and coordinating all technical and construction trades, partly in collaboration with external engineering consultancies, from concept development through commissioning to final acceptance

• involving customers and users at an early stage of the planning process and aligning their requirements with the necessary project measures

• representing the client's interests and coordinating schedule and cost controlling while ensuring compliance with technical specifications and economic objectives

You inspire us with

• a successfully completed degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. or Master's degree)

• several years of professional experience, ideally in industrial construction, combined with solid project management experience

• in-depth knowledge of all relevant construction disciplines in office and production environments, with a focus on HOAI service phases 5 to 9

• solid user-level proficiency in AutoCAD, CAFM systems, Microsoft Office, and SAP

• an additional qualification in the use of AVA software, particularly iTWO, which is considered an advantage

• your strong communication and assertiveness skills, combined with a team-oriented mindset and resilience

• your structured, meticulous, and self-reliant way of working

• very good German language skills and good English language skills
