• a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification

• several years of experience in project management or project leadership, ideally within the aerospace industry

• strong practical knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• solid expertise in Change Management as well as Total Quality Management and structured problem-solving methodologies

• business-fluent German and strong English communication skills
