Program Coordinator Technology (all genders)

• the strategically correct, timely and effective integration of the client company into national and international technology networks, competence centers and cooperations in order to secure current and future technological competencies

• expanding and maintaining a strong strategic network with research institutions and industry partners as a central point of contact (focal point) for the client company

• evaluating and selecting preferred universities, research institutions and industry partners in close coordination with the client company's specialist departments

• conducting contract and cooperation negotiations with external partners

• planning and leading regular steering committees at management level together with the centers of competence

• participating in internal committees to manage the client company's technology focus in line with requirements

You inspire us with

• a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study

• desirable specialist knowledge in business administration

• ideally experience in contract negotiation and contract drafting

• the ability to analyze and structure complex topics and prepare them precisely and appropriately for different hierarchical levels

• a strategic mindset and creativity in developing new solutions

• experience in consensus-oriented negotiation, in supporting decision-making processes and in maintaining networks

• objective communication coupled with a winning and well-versed personality

• enthusiasm for working with a wide range of internal and external contacts at different levels

• your very good command of English
