CAE Crash Engineer (all genders) in Japan

You face challenges like

• conducting, analyzing, and evaluating crash simulations for future vehicle programs

• optimizing vehicle structures to improve crashworthiness and occupant protection

• interpreting simulation results, presenting findings, and deriving technical recommendations

• supporting the continuous development of simulation methods, processes, and standards

You inspire us through

• a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field

• several years of experience in CAE engineering, ideally with a focus on crash and safety simulations

• hands-on experience with common CAE tools such as LS-DYNA, HyperMesh, ANSA, Animator, or similar software

• strong analytical thinking and an independent, structured way of working

• a proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills

• enthusiasm for international collaboration and intercultural exchange

• very good written and spoken English skills

• willingness to relocate to Osaka, Japan, for a long-term assignment
