conducting, analyzing, and evaluating crash simulations for future vehicle programs
optimizing vehicle structures to improve crashworthiness and occupant protection
interpreting simulation results, presenting findings, and deriving technical recommendations
collaborating closely with international development and project teams
aligning technical solutions with customers and internal stakeholders
supporting the continuous development of simulation methods, processes, and standards
working in an international environment with English as the primary working language
a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
several years of experience in CAE engineering, ideally with a focus on crash and safety simulations
hands-on experience with common CAE tools such as LS-DYNA, HyperMesh, ANSA, Animator, or similar software
strong analytical thinking and an independent, structured way of working
a proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills
enthusiasm for international collaboration and intercultural exchange
very good written and spoken English skills
willingness to relocate to Osaka, Japan, for a long-term assignment
