Certifying Staff / Aviation Quality Assurance (all genders)

You face challenges like

• ensuring quality oversight of aerospace products during both development and series production phases

• leading deviation review boards

• monitoring internal process workflows

• performing First Article Inspections (FAI)

• preparing Quality Assurance plans

• supporting the preparation of customer proposals

• assessing deviations and damage analyses, as well as initiating and tracking corrective and preventive actions

• carrying out product inspections and preparing the required release documentation (EASA Form 1 / CoC)

You inspire us by

• a degree as an engineer, technician, or master craftsman - preferably in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or with equivalent qualifications

• several years of professional experience in an aerospace company

• solid foundational training in quality management

• strong knowledge of EASA Part 21 and EASA Part 145, as well as familiarity with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards

• strong moderation and teamwork skills

• proficiency in using MS Office applications and SAP

• an independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style

• business-fluent German and English language skills
