Metrologist / NC Programmer (all genders)

You face challenges like

• creating NC measuring programs for measuring machines from Hexagon / Leitz (Quindos)

• defining the measurement process of test operations in cooperation with the responsible production or test planner, taking into account economic aspects and compliance with valid regulations / plant standards

• defining the programming-relevant aspects of fixtures, as well as the definition of measuring probes

• processing CAD data

• creating work documents (e.g. clamping sketches, setup sheets, etc.) and program code in Quindos

• conducting program tests in the workshop

• optimizing measurement strategies and processes in the context of technical progress

• improving tool usage in terms of cost and quality

• participating in the creation of process-specific regulations, as well as in projects for the introduction of new measuring systems and efficiency improvement

You inspire us by

• your completed studies, preferably in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology or another comparable education

• your very good knowledge in programming coordinate measuring machines and AUKOM 3

• your affinity for programming and your very good knowledge in Python and/or MATLAB

• your good knowledge in MS-Office

• your fluent German and good English language skills
