• deriving component requirements and aligning them within the project team consisting of project management, lead design, simulation, testing, purchasing and plant

• designing technical solutions for new products while considering a wide range of boundary conditions

• coordinating with potential and future component suppliers together with project purchasing and central purchasing

You inspire us by

• a completed university degree (Diplom/Master/DHBW) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a related field with a focus on design engineering

• several years of professional experience as a design engineer (all genders), ideally using PTC Creo; experience in the field of batteries is an advantage

• strong theoretical knowledge in mechanical design, particularly in function- and material-oriented component design as well as development methodologies

• business-fluent German and English skills
