You will face challenges like

• planning and coordinating technical infrastructure projects at the Hildesheim site

• supporting measures in the areas of water supply, cooling, refrigeration, heating systems, sprinkler systems, and air conditioning under the guidance of a utilities engineer

• assisting in the implementation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) projects as part of office refurbishment initiatives

• ensuring compliance with schedule, cost, and quality requirements

• commissioning new systems through to successful and defect-free acceptance

• supporting and optimizing existing systems to enhance energy-efficient operations, as well as establishing the foundations for effective data and information management

• planning and coordinating energy-saving projects within building services engineering

You inspire us with

• your completed technician qualification or degree in Building Services Engineering, Facility Management, or a related discipline

• your proven experience in planning and coordinating technical building services projects

• your confident use of Microsoft Office applications

• your strong communication skills and your creative, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

• your fluent German language skills and ideally good command of English
