Manufacturing Planner (all genders) - 4432

You face challenges like

• the planning and implementation of manufacturing and testing processes in manual assembly and picking lines

• supporting and managing series production, as well as monitoring the ramp-up and start-up of new production lines while ensuring quality, cycle time, and technical availability

• the continuous development and optimization of existing production equipment, as well as the design and procurement of new equipment for future-oriented series production

• the creation of precise manufacturing specifications, control plans, and testing and set-up instructions, as well as contributing to the development of P-FMEAs

• representing manufacturing interests in cross-functional product development teams and ensuring timely production readiness for pre-series and series start

• analyzing workflows and supporting MTM analyses to derive standard and cycle times

You inspire us by

• a completed degree in engineering with a focus on mechanics, production, or a comparable field, or a qualification as a state-certified technician

• solid knowledge of manufacturing and assembly technologies, particularly through hands-on planning and project experience in a production environment, as well as experience in manufacturing or assembly planning and BPS knowledge in value stream and line planning

• experience in applying the MTM time management methodology (desirable)

• solid knowledge of common IT tools, ideally including SAP module CAPP

• an independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working

• business-fluent German skills and very good English skills, both written and spoken
