What you should know about the job

You face challenges like

  • leading and coordinating (partial) projects in the context of data-driven, future-oriented production

  • providing technical support and guidance in the development and implementation of innovative solutions in production technology

  • organizing and moderating project meetings, workshops, and internal training sessions to promote knowledge transfer

  • creating, maintaining, and monitoring project plans, timelines, and budget frameworks

  • communicating and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • identifying risks and bottlenecks and developing pragmatic solutions to ensure project progress

  • adhering to quality standards, deadlines, and objectives throughout the project lifecycle

  • documenting project status and regularly reporting to management

You inspire us with

  • a degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a comparable qualification (even as a university graduate or career changer in the IT field, you are welcome)

  • your fluent German language skills in speaking and writing

  • your confident use of project management tools and the ability to coordinate complex tasks and development teams effectively

  • initial exposure to Industry 4.0, ideally in data extraction from production machines and their application in use cases like Digital Twin

  • your technical understanding and initial practical experience with protocols such as OPC-UA and modern IT infrastructure (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

  • your excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in dealing with interdisciplinary teams and in a dynamic corporate environment
