• supporting the further development of the company-wide recruiting, personnel marketing and employer branding strategy

• efficiently managing and executing the entire recruiting process, including advising hiring managers

• ensuring smooth support for the applicant tracking system

• managing external service providers and agencies

• proactively shaping and maintaining cross-location interfaces with all HR departments and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration

• working in a trusting and constructive manner with employee representatives

• generating, documenting and optimizing processes as well as ensuring knowledge transfer

You inspire us by

• a completed commercial apprenticeship, a university degree or a comparable qualification

• initial relevant professional experience in recruiting

• strong cooperation and communication skills as well as planning and (self-)organization talent

• entrepreneurial thinking, innovative strength and decision-making ability

• solid MS Office skills as well as affinity for social media and IT

• business-fluent German and English skills
