What you should know about the job

You face challenges like

  • coordinating and driving activities in cloud application operations in close collaboration with senior engineers and stakeholders

  • ensuring stable and reliable operation of cloud-based applications and services across AWS, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud

  • taking ownership of critical incidents (P1/P2), leading root cause analyses, and driving sustainable resolutions

  • planning and executing application and platform updates, including releases, middleware, databases, and Kubernetes deployments

  • defining and ensuring testing activities such as integration, regression, and acceptance testing in release cycles

  • collaborating with development and IT teams to ensure stable and production-ready deployments

  • implementing and refining NIS2-related requirements, especially in operational security, monitoring, and risk management

  • driving continuous improvement through automation, stability enhancements, and performance optimization

  • monitoring and reporting KPIs and SLAs to ensure transparency and service quality

  • aligning with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery and operations

  • improving ITIL/ITSM processes and optimizing service management workflow

You inspire us by

  • bringing 5–8+ years of experience in cloud application operations, DevOps, or IT operations

  • coordinating complex technical topics or deliveries even without direct people management responsibility

  • demonstrating strong experience in operating cloud-based applications on AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud

  • applying solid knowledge of Linux-based environments and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

  • handling incident, problem, and change management in production environments with confidence

  • contributing to application updates, release management, and lifecycle processes

  • understanding testing in an operations context, including integration testing, system validation, and release verification

  • working with test automation and CI/CD pipelines

  • applying security and compliance practices, ideally in the context of NIS2, ISO27001, or similar frameworks

  • leveraging monitoring, observability, and automation tools such as Python, Bash, and CI/CD

  • working in a structured and solution-oriented way while connecting technical and organizational aspects

  • communicating effectively and managing stakeholders confidently, supported by fluent English skills
