What you should know about the job

You face challenges like

  • supporting administrative departments with pragmatic and audience‑appropriate concepts and methods, from identifying to realizing their improvement potentials and goals

  • advising and accompanying administrative departments in their improvement activities within the framework of Operational Excellence by applying comprehensive methodological skills and Lean expertise

  • identifying, assessing, and implementing improvement potentials with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and the reduction of non–value‑adding activities together with the departments

  • supporting internal customers and jointly developing roadmaps that create transparency regarding identified (process) optimizations

  • leading or actively participating in projects and working groups to foster and strengthen the Lean mindset

  • contributing to the further development of existing methods

  • participating in the design and delivery of training sessions on these methods

  • supporting the establishment and active participation in internal and cross‑functional networking activities

You inspire us by

  • a completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, industrial engineering & management, or a comparable field of study

  • professional experience and solid knowledge of Lean methods as well as a strong understanding of project management and business process design; experience in consulting, coaching, or training is additionally desirable

  • strong teamwork and communication skills, a structured and analytical working style, assertiveness, and a high level of initiative

  • strong facilitation and presentation skills as well as the ability to manage conflicts constructively

  • enthusiasm for change and for initiating and accompanying improvements in a dynamic work environment where flexibility is essential

  • business‑fluent German and English skills
