Procurement Quality Manager (all genders)

You face challenges like

• building and maintaining strong, long-term supplier relationships

• defining and implementing preventive measures to ensure and continuously improve quality standards

• defining and executing corrective actions in response to identified quality deviations

• conducting supplier assessments to grant or maintain supplier approvals for aircraft components

• translating, aligning, and negotiating quality assurance agreements with suppliers

• defining and optimizing incoming goods inspection processes

• performing on-site component inspections and acceptance activities at supplier facilities

• supporting suppliers in obtaining and maintaining delegated product acceptance authority

• assisting process owners in the management and monitoring of special processes

• acting as the quality focal point between suppliers and internal product management teams

• regular business travel as part of supplier management activities (approximately 10–20%)

You inspire us with

• a successfully completed degree in a technical field, such as Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline

• hands-on experience in quality management and within an industrial production environment

• a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and the requirements of the aerospace industry

• proficient use of MS Office, SAP MM/IM, and Siemens Teamcenter

• fluent German language skills, good command of English, and ideally knowledge of French
