Production Engineer (all genders)

You face challenges like

• accompanying the development of aerospace products from the initial designs to series production in close collaboration with the Industrial Leader

• bringing your production and manufacturing experience into the development and industrialization process

• focus on manufacturing-friendly, cost-efficient, cleanable, and testable design to prevent errors early

• defining manufacturing processes and selecting suitable methods together with manufacturing and process specialists (MIF)

• supporting the development and definition of manufacturing tools and equipment

• ensuring the qualification of production processes in close coordination with process specialists

• creating Manufacturing Bill of Materials and Bill of Processes in collaboration with design and manufacturing

• creating and maintaining test plans (Control Plan)

• documenting processes and contributions to industrialization documents (e.g. MIF, DVI)

• handling quality reports and deriving improvement measures

• analyzing and optimizing manufacturing costs as well as defining measures for cost reduction

• ensuring stable processes through methods such as MSA, SPC, and FMEA

• applying and implementing internal company processes

• participating in product reviews to secure development and qualification

• independently identifying and implementing process improvements

You inspire us by

• a degree focusing on mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering or a comparable qualification

• initial professional experience in manufacturing/production as well as in the industrialization of products and processes

• good knowledge of MS-Office, SAP, Collaboration-Tools, and PLM/Teamcenter

• your structured way of working as well as your teamwork and communication skills

• very good German and English language skills in written and spoken form
