• independent program planning and monitoring for internal and external customers as well as partners

• management and coordination of international working groups

• responsibility for defining, implementing, and monitoring the IT roadmap of the NGFE program

• interface function to internal IT managers and analysis of IT requirements

• development and coordination of technical concepts in close coordination with relevant stakeholders

• alignment of service delivery, schedules, and budgets with departments

• organization and coordination of reviews with customers and partners

• design and implementation of training measures as well as IT consulting for users of the NGFE program

• a degree in (business) engineering, business informatics or a comparable education

• professional experience in implementing IT projects and enthusiasm for IT solutions

• solid knowledge in project management as well as pronounced analytical skills

• persuasiveness and negotiation skills

• flexibility and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary and international project team in a hybrid working model

• very good German and English language skills
