• leading multifunctional teams (MFTs)

• sub-program management for a work package

• tracking the on-time production of components within the MFTs

You inspire us by

• a completed Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification

• more than three years of professional experience in the aerospace industry as well as several years of experience in project leadership and project management

• solid knowledge of change management, process management, risk management, and total quality management (problem-solving methods)

• advanced user knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• business-fluent German and very good English skills
