What you should know about the job

You face challenges like

  • the creation and management of integrated planning for scope, risks, schedules, and costs for the fuel cell (FFC) system demonstrator development teams

  • supporting FFC project managers in all aspects of project planning and control

  • contributing to operational planning within the FFC system development area

  • actively further developing project management methodologies with the aim of ensuring maximum transparency and controllability of development projects while maintaining interfaces

  • preparing and following up on reviews and verifications, including the tracking of action items

  • actively supporting the monitoring and mitigation of project risks

  • supporting the preparation of funding applications and acting as an interface to funding management and technology portfolios

  • communicating with internal and external customers, suppliers, and partners

  • creating publications and presentations

You inspire us by

  • a completed degree in a technical field, industrial engineering, or a comparable discipline

  • solid knowledge of classical and agile project management methods and tools (e.g. cplace, MS Project, Jira)

  • experience in fuel cell technology and related subject areas (desirable)

  • very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)

  • an independent and self-reliant working style combined with strong organizational and presentation skills

  • enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams and interacting with external stakeholders

  • strong communication skills and well-developed conflict management abilities

  • a high level of customer orientation

  • business-fluent German and English skills
