What you should know about the job

You face challenges like

  • the timely planning and monitoring of development programs, including the creation and maintenance of schedules, the tracking of actions to ensure deadlines are met, and supporting Technology Project Managers in preparing requirements specifications and bill-of-quantity structures

  • the execution of forward-looking resource planning, by creating resource plans for all engineering-relevant topics in close collaboration with Module Team Leaders and Chief Engineers, as well as supporting the planning of technology projects and method development

  • the organization and execution of structured internal and external recurring communication, including the preparation and follow-up of team meetings (invitations, agenda preparation, maintenance of action lists, documentation), as well as supporting module teams and Chief Engineers in preparing and evaluating design alternatives and decision proposals

  • the preparation and execution of reviews and related project documentation, including the preparation of internal and external design reviews and verifications, the organization of project documentation (directories, formatting templates, templates), and the planning of meetings and workshops with external partners

  • the development and implementation of efficient workflows and processes to improve project execution, by developing standard procedures together with relevant stakeholders, supporting their application, and introducing new processes through training and ongoing support

You inspire us by

  • a completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field

  • practical experience in project management, ideally in a technical or engineering-related environment

  • a solid technical understanding, enabling you to efficiently support project management in solving complex technical issues

  • strong team skills and the ability to work in a trusting and reliable manner to achieve shared goals

  • good knowledge of resource and schedule planning methods as a foundation for structured project control

  • business‑fluent German and English language skills
