Project Lead (all genders) Facility Management

You will face challenges like

• managing all trades involved in the transformation of a manufacturing area, from initial concept through to implementation

• coordinating project activities, steering committees, schedules, timelines, and key milestones

• working closely with internal stakeholders, including Facility Management, Industrialization, Production, Project Management, and Engineering, as well as operational teams

You inspire us with

• a completed technical apprenticeship with further qualification as a Technician or Technical Business Administrator, or a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or an equivalent qualification

• at least two years of professional experience in work preparation, manufacturing or production, production planning and control, as well as project and interface management

• solid knowledge of Change Management, Lean Management, Process Management, Risk Management, and Total Quality Management

• advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• business-fluent German language skills and good English language skills
