Project Lead (all genders) Product Development - 8065

You face challenges like

• leading the expert team in the development of a next-generation innovative MEMS chip

• implementing MEMS design, technology, layout, wafer-level testing, manufacturing, and quality to develop optimal concepts and solutions for the product

• managing the team’s interfaces with system, ASIC, package, and final test development

• steering the project schedule, including identifying dependencies between work packages, determining the critical path, and setting and monitoring key milestones

• conducting systematic and thorough risk management to enable a fast time-to-market with strong technical maturity

• continuously tracking project status, including quality, budget, production costs, and timeline, and regularly reporting to stakeholders and management

You inspire us by

• a completed university degree (Master/Diploma/PhD) in Physics, Microsystems, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field

• several years of experience in MEMS development

• experience in an organizational role as well as in managing complex projects

• the ability to manage stakeholders across different areas, including internal customers

• a PMP qualification as a plus

• the ability to work in a dynamic, intercultural, and interdisciplinary environment

• well-organized and structured work, even in challenging situations

• strong decision-making skills and high commitment to projects with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, along with a passion for customer satisfaction

• fluent German and English language skills
