• holding a degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical or business discipline

• bringing proven experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Line Side Support, or the Aerospace industry

• demonstrating a strong track record in process optimization and project management

• confidently using MS Office and SAP to drive operational excellence

• applying Change Management, Lean Management, Total Quality Management, and structured problem-solving methodologies in practice

• leveraging Six Sigma and process modeling expertise to continuously improve business processes

• communicating confidently in German and English and effectively engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
