Quality Engineer (all genders) Management Systems

You face challenges like

• designing, developing, and delivering training programs as well as managing (partial) projects within your area of expertise

• capturing, modeling, and, where applicable, analyzing processes and documentation

• managing document and process approvals, including reviewing processes for compliance with regulatory and aviation requirements

• advising and supporting internal departments in the implementation of regulatory and aviation requirements, as well as designing and facilitating process workshops

• planning and conducting internal audits in accordance with established standards and guidelines

You inspire us by

• a completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business/Economics (minimum Bachelor’s degree) or a comparable qualification

• several years of professional experience, with at least three years each in project management and quality management

• a completed auditor qualification, ideally combined with basic knowledge of manufacturing and development environments

• strong IT skills, particularly advanced MS Office knowledge, in-depth SAP user experience, and programming skills in SQL and VBA

• business-fluent German and English skills

• additional foreign language skills in French, Spanish, or Hungarian (an advantage)
