Quality Inspector (all genders)

You face challenges such as

• performing defined quality inspections until product delivery

• measuring and evaluating engine, valve components, and ALM parts on 3D measuring machines

• handling various testing and measuring equipment safely (e.g. roughness and contour measuring devices)

• identifying deviations on products, equipment, and testing tools

• identifying deviations and certifying product conformity according to design documents

• creating quality reports

• conducting measurements using optical 2D and 3D inspection methods

• closely collaborating with other departments such as manufacturing and design

You inspire us with

• your completed training in a metalworking profession - ideally supplemented by further training as a master craftsman or technician

• your more than three years of professional experience in metrology, quality management, and quality assurance - ideally complemented by your advantageous knowledge in turning and milling

• your solid SAP/R3 user knowledge

• your profound understanding of complex technical drawings, especially regarding form and positional tolerances

• your confident handling of various testing and measuring equipment, e.g. roughness and contour measuring devices

• your experience in using quality-relevant measuring devices and ideally in handling 3D measuring systems (optical and tactile)

• your good communication skills to ensure information flow and your ability to integrate into a team

• your sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills

• fluent language skills in German and English
