What you should know about the job

You face challenges like

  • moderating and organizing the individual Scrum events

  • ensuring that user stories meet the quality criteria of “Definition of Entry,” “Ready,” and “Done” at the right time

  • supporting the team in focusing on creating high-quality increments

  • coaching and supporting the entire team

  • communicating facts and key figures from within the team

  • ensuring a smooth flow of information within the team

  • continuously aligning with other Scrum Masters and the RTE

  • ensuring that all Scrum events take place, are positive and productive, and stay within the timebox

  • removing obstacles to secure the progress of the Scrum team

  • reducing disruptive influences from outside

  • introducing Scrum, i.e., supporting the understanding of Scrum theory and practice

  • supporting the team in decision-making

  • ensuring consistent communication from the team into the “Scrum of Scrums”

You inspire us by

  • a degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification

  • several years of professional experience in project management

  • knowledge of both traditional and agile methodologies

  • required Teamcenter expertise

  • certifications as a Scrum Master

  • confident use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence

  • strong ability to analyze and structure complex issues as well as present them appropriately for the audience

  • communication skills paired with a convincing and engaging personality

  • team spirit and enthusiasm for close collaboration with various stakeholders from different departments

  • an independent, committed, and reliable way of working

  • your fluent German and English language skills at negotiation level
