What you should know about the job

You will face challenges like

  • conducting production control considering project requirements regarding delivery deadlines,

  • creating and maintaining the weekly production and occupancy plan in visual form,

  • creating, scheduling, and managing production orders in the SAP-ERP system and implementing specific project requirements,

  • ensuring the completion of production orders and regularly tracking the production process,

  • performing material requirements planning (MRP2) in the ERP system,

  • material, auxiliary, and operating supplies disposition ensuring their availability and identifying missing parts,

  • optimizing the production process in case of production deviations or material shortages,

  • creating and implementing rework orders in case of construction deviations,

  • supporting the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor planned and executed production activities.

You inspire us with

  • a completed vocational training or a technical education with many years of professional experience,

  • a completed degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, business informatics, or production planning (at least bachelor's level),

  • several years of professional experience, especially in disposition or material procurement as well as in manufacturing or production (each at least 3 years),

  • very good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least negotiation level) as well as proficient English skills,

  • good knowledge in working with planning applications such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools,

  • ideally experience and knowledge in scripting, e.g. with VBA, Python, or similar languages,

  • and experience in production planning.
