Test Engineer (all genders) - 9038

You face challenges like

• planning, organizing, and executing complex validation and characterization programs for sensors in the development of eBike drivetrains

• performing NVH measurements in the acoustic laboratory on eBike drivetrains

• coordinating and aligning technical topics with advanced development, system architects, and product development

• specifying and developing new tests as well as comprehensive testing procedures based on product requirements

• setting up, commissioning, further developing, and maintaining test rigs and measurement technology

• automating test rigs, test sequences, evaluations, and reports

• analyzing test results and deriving as well as defining improvement potentials

You inspire us by

• a completed degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a comparable field

• relevant experience in the setup and operation of test rigs and measurement technology (e.g., HEAD Acoustics)

• several years of professional experience in characterizing and testing mechatronic systems

• experience in software programming and developing applications (LabVIEW, Python)

• know-how in automating test procedures and evaluating large data sets

• strong knowledge in sensors, NVH, vibration analysis, and signal processing

• knowledge of electric drivetrains is desirable

• familiarity with tools such as Matlab, CANape, Artemis Suite, Jama, Jira, Confluence, and Leepa is desirable

• strong passion for testing and measurement technology and a high affinity for eBikes

• excellent teamwork and communication skills, with enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration

• results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities

• fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
