• orchestrating the SAP S/4HANA transformation in the eBike Systems business area

• cross-departmental coordination and consulting of departments in formulating requirements

• developing new and further developing existing IT concepts and process landscapes together with central departments, internal, and external IT service providers

• observing technological developments and integrating relevant insights for designing and implementing best-in-class processes

• preparing for and actively participating in project meetings and workshops including documenting work results with a confident appearance

You inspire us by

• a completed university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Informatics or a related field of study

• 3-5 years of experience in IT project management in implementation or change projects with SAP S/4HANA

• practical knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM), ideally in the BBM environment

• experience in international teams as well as in agile and traditional project management

• strong communication skills at the operational level with departments and management

• hands-on mentality, team orientation, willingness to learn, and self-reflective work

• negotiation, presentation, and moderation skills

• high problem awareness, solution competence, and an analytical-methodical way of working

• very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form
