You face challenges like

• creating CNC programs for tube processing and converting bending data from design (e.g. Step to IGES files) and determining the bending direction

• documenting changes, such as adjustments of bending parameters, and storing programs on data carriers

• independently or in coordination, determining clamping options, including adjusting sliding rails, clamping pieces, and mandrel shifts

• building and rebuilding bending fixtures depending on tube geometry and verifying and adjusting clamping functions based on known parameters

• assigning bending tools and gradually running the programs

• bending and processing parts and optimizing CNC programs in coordination with colleagues

• performing measurements and inspections according to test plan and entering correction values for deviations

• ensuring dimensional accuracy, quality, and completeness of processed tubes

• documenting rework or scrap, e.g. in case of cracks or surface defects

• evaluating and documenting measurement results in target-actual comparison

You inspire us by

• completed training as a precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, machinist, or in a comparable metalworking profession with several years of professional experience

• solid experience in maintenance, metrology, quality assurance, and technical documentation, ideally in the aerospace industry

• very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP

• team spirit, sense of responsibility, and resilience

• willingness to work in a 2-shift system, if required

• fluent German and advanced English skills
