Configuration & Documentation Manager (all genders)

You face challenges such as

• managing and advancing the configuration for multiple space products in dynamic projects with changes, boards, and baselines

• actively collaborating in an interdisciplinary team to oversee configuration and documentation processes across development and production sites

• performing maturity assessments for configuration and documentation in close coordination with various stakeholders to ensure the traceability required for space products

• establishing and maintaining configuration and documentation data in Teamcenter and SAP

• improving and strengthening configuration and documentation management processes within the team and with other stakeholders based on LEAN principles

• developing yourself toward becoming an ambassador for configuration and documentation topics

You inspire us with

• a degree in engineering, aerospace, business administration, or a similar qualification (at least Bachelor's level)

• more than 3 years of professional experience in configuration and documentation management

• solid SAP knowledge and ideally experience with PLM tools (Teamcenter), Confluence, and JIRA

• very good German and proficient English skills, knowledge of French is advantageous

• strong teamwork, communication skills, and a high level of assertiveness
