Configuration & Documentation Manager (all genders)

You face challenges such as

• managing and controlling configuration for various aerospace products in dynamic projects with changes, boards, and baselines

• collaborating in an interdisciplinary team to support configuration and documentation processes in development and production across locations

• conducting maturity assessments for configuration and documentation in close coordination with other stakeholders to ensure traceability as required for aerospace products

• building and maintaining configuration and documentation data in Teamcenter and SAP

• advancing and optimizing configuration and documentation processes within the team and with other stakeholders from a LEAN perspective

You inspire us with

• a degree in engineering, aerospace, business administration, or a similar qualification (at least Bachelor's level)

• more than 3 years of professional experience in configuration and documentation management

• solid SAP knowledge and ideally experience with PLM tools (Teamcenter), Confluence, and JIRA

• very good German and proficient English skills, knowledge of French is advantageous

• strong teamwork, communication skills, and a high level of assertiveness
