What you should know about the job

You face challenges such as

  • change management including clarification and validation of reports as the basis for monthly billing

  • negotiation of reports with internal and external customers

  • monitoring of quality cost development and initiation of recommendations for continuous process improvement

  • calculation, comparison, and control of billing-relevant data

  • reporting and controlling including creation and management of key figures, evaluations, reports, and presentations

  • preparation of invoices for the home base and respective program managers

  • presentation, monitoring, and forecasting of milestones, interim results, and budget figures

  • process management, including administration, control, and further development of the billing process internally and externally

  • creation of tools for process optimization as well as support and representation in process coordination

  • design, documentation, and continuous development of qualification processes

  • communication and coordination with internal and external interfaces

  • undertaking general administrative tasks such as triggering and coordinating demand requests

You inspire us with

  • a completed degree or equivalent qualification, e.g. Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Management

  • the ability and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and understand complex relationships

  • independent, structured, results-oriented, and accurate work for rapid goal achievement

  • proactive action and good communication skills to ensure information flow to departments

  • the ability to integrate into a team

  • a high level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent

  • professional experience in Change Management, Controlling, Project Management, Process Improvement (each at least 2 years), as well as Aerospace (at least 1 year)

  • IT skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SAP

  • fluent German and English language skills
