What you should know about the job

You face challenges like

  • systematic processing of defined inspection points as part of quality assurance measures in close coordination with your team and management

  • regular collaboration with customers in DSQR rule meetings to ensure common quality goals

  • supporting and shaping quality concepts, processes, and systems for production and monitoring their implementation

  • ongoing quality monitoring and improvement of all processes, procedures, and products in your assigned production area

  • active participation in cross-departmental projects for process optimization and quality enhancement

  • practical quality assurance, e.g. through FAI inspections and handling of quality reports in the quarantine area

  • independent planning, execution, documentation, and deadline monitoring of internal system, process, and product audits

You inspire us with

  • a completed apprenticeship as an aircraft mechanic (all genders), e.g. FR manufacturing technology, or a comparable technical education with many years of professional experience

  • at least three years of professional experience in quality management, quality assurance, technical documentation, and process improvement

  • your profound knowledge of MS Office and SAP, each with in-depth application knowledge

  • your familiarity with the standards DIN ISO EN 9000 / EN 9100 as well as the regulatory requirements of aviation law (EASA/FAA)

  • your fluent German skills and proficient English skills for secure communication in an international context

  • your excellent communication skills and your strong sense of responsibility

  • your ability to quickly and effectively integrate into the team and implement complex requirements in a structured manner

  • your willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
