Quality Engineer - 4387 (all genders)

You face challenges such as

• taking responsibility for internal quality in manufacturing,

• actively participating in future projects to improve plant-to-plant delivery quality,

• coordinating and conducting analyses of internal and external quality issues using the 8D methodology,

• supporting manufacturing relocations with a focus on internal quality,

• creating inspection plans and special releases,

• monitoring and ensuring compliance with specified quality standards,

• developing, coordinating, and implementing concepts and measures for quality assurance,

• representing quality management interests in negotiations with internal suppliers and customers,

• handling quality-related topics in customer portals,

• initiating and moderating internal risk analyses.

You inspire us with

• a degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification with further training as a quality engineer or relevant experience,

• experience in the manufacturing environment of the automotive industry as well as in complaint management using the 8D methodology,

• good knowledge of quality management systems and quality assurance, including methods and tools for preventive quality assurance,

• initial knowledge in Lean Manufacturing,

• desirable MS Office and initial SAP R/3 knowledge,

• systematic and structured work, teamwork, and a hands-on mentality,

• fluent in German and good English language skills both written and spoken.
