Integration technician (all genders) Pre-integration

You face challenges such as

• checking provided drawings, procedures, work plans, and parts for completeness and plausibility

• structuring the workflow and preparing integration setups

• performing trial assemblies to ensure fit and process capability

• conducting integration activities on precise components, such as polishing, deburring, cleaning, drying, pressing, screwing, and measuring

• applying various joining processes, e.g. spot welding or adhesive bonding according to work plan and procedure

• parameterizing and operating equipment as specified

• carefully documenting all joining and process steps in accordance with work instructions

• maintaining and servicing equipment and systems to ensure functionality

• actively contributing improvement suggestions for processes and fixtures

• clarifying open points and deviations in close exchange with team colleagues and team leader

You inspire and through

• a completed training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience

• solid experience in aerospace, maintenance/repair, and technical documentation

• ideally knowledge and certification in joining processes

• very good knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook

• communication skills, teamwork, sense of responsibility, as well as resilience and organizational talent

• negotiable German and very good English skills
