You face challenges like

• the component responsibility for plastic and die-cast parts in the development of e-bike drive units

• a special focus on robustness, durability, NVH, and industrialization

• the component support from A-sample to series release

• conducting tolerance calculations, component design, drawing derivation, documentation, and coordination with suppliers

• commissioning validation samples and tests, analyzing test results, and deriving improvement measures

• meeting deadlines, quality, and cost targets

• actively participating in a cross-functional project team

  
  

You inspire us with

• your completed university degree (Master, Diploma, or PhD) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering with a focus on product development, design engineering, or a related field

• your excellent knowledge of the CAD tool ProE/Creo and proficiency in MS Office

• your solid experience in the development of connectors, plastic and die-cast parts, and related manufacturing technologies such as stamping, drawing, and bending technology, plastic injection molding, die-casting, and screwing

• your practical experience in supplier management

• your open, communicative, and creative nature as well as your independent, consistent, and structured way of working

• your willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 1-2 times per year)

• your good English and German language skills in speech and writing
