Configuration Manager (all genders) Avionics Systems

You face challenges like

• managing configuration and data management across all phases of the product lifecycle

• identifying and planning configurations, including their mapping in ERP and PLM systems

• controlling configurations, managing changes, and monitoring related processes

• supporting customer reviews and audits within the Configuration Management scope

• evolving processes in Configuration Management

• selecting and integrating suitable tools for configuration and data management

• creating training materials and conducting relevant training sessions

You inspire us with

• a degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar qualification (at least Bachelor's level)

• at least two years of professional experience in Configuration Management, Engineering, Design, or Product Development

• excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP/PDM/PLM systems, ideally SAP

• good understanding of process management and enjoyment in process design

• the ability and willingness to quickly and persistently delve into new and complex topics

• independent, structured, results-oriented, and precise work

• a proactive, team-oriented, and communicative approach to ensure smooth information flow

• a high level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent

• fluent German and English language skills
