Project Engineer (all genders)

You face challenges like

• supporting ongoing and planned projects in the area of Rigs & Demos (technology) as well as in the development of civil engines with a focus on project management tasks

• coordinating and finding solutions for technical questions in design

• supporting component and module team leaders in project planning and execution

• creating and monitoring scheduling structures and detailed schedules (cplace)

• creating and monitoring development cost plans for Rigs & Demos

• actively supporting risk monitoring and mitigation

• monitoring and tracking actions within project work

• preparing, following up, and conducting meetings

• preparing, drafting, and maintaining project status reports

• preparing and following up on internal and external reviews, including maintaining and tracking action lists

• contributing to report preparation and independently taking over technically oriented work packages

• contributing to the development of concepts for project management methods, tools, and processes

You inspire us by

• your degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field

• your knowledge of project management methods and tools, ideally complemented by in-depth expertise or academic focus in engineering mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, aerodynamics, or statistics

• your excellent MS Office skills as well as your proficiency with scheduling software (cplace, MS Project) and MS Teams

• your solid technical knowledge in general and of engines in particular

• your strong teamwork and communication skills, combined with customer orientation and effective conflict management

• your independent, well-structured, and presentation-strong way of working

• your enthusiasm, resilience, curiosity, and analytical mindset, which enable you to enjoy solving complex tasks

• your business-fluent German and English skills
