You inspire us by

• a completed degree in aerospace, engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification

• more than 4 years of experience in change management and over 5 years of experience in project leadership and project management

• solid knowledge of process management, risk management, and total quality management, including problem-solving methods

• advanced IT skills in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP

• advanced German language skills and business-fluent English
