What you should know about the job

You face challenges like

  • taking ownership of quality assurance activities with a focus on components for chemical and electrical propulsion systems

  • verifying the alignment of customer product and quality assurance requirements with internal quality standards

  • ensuring compliance with product and quality assurance requirements while adhering to applicable company processes within project environments

  • monitoring and controlling all product and quality assurance activities, including the coordination of all required disciplines and stakeholders

  • actively managing the customer interface on all product and quality assurance matters

  • preparing and delivering required product assurance documentation, compiling data packages, and verifying and certifying product conformity in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements

  • conducting key project milestone reviews and meetings (MIPs, KIPs, TRRs, TRBs, DRBs, etc.)

  • consolidating the project risk register and supporting the implementation of risk mitigation measures

  • coordinating and managing incidents, anomalies, and non-conformances

  • supporting the preparation and management of RFDs and RFWs

  • coordinating, conducting, and documenting lessons learned activities, as well as implementing preventive measures in follow-on projects

  • performing Supplier Quality Management (SQM) and Procurement Quality Management activities, including review meetings, supplier assessments, and support for supplier approvals

  • conducting internal job audits at the site

  • supporting proposal and bid preparation activities

You inspire us with

  • a completed degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification at Bachelor's level

  • several years of professional experience in Product Assurance, Quality Assurance, or a comparable technical environment

  • solid knowledge of MS Office, SAP, PLM-T/Teamcenter, and common collaboration tools

  • a completed qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsperson (Meister), or an equivalent advanced technical certification

  • expertise in established problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Kepner-Tregoe, or comparable approaches; auditing experience is considered an advantage

  • business fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
