building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the automotive sector
identifying client context and needs
creating sales documentation in a technical context and presenting to clients
collaborating with marketing, application engineers, and technical service teams
coordinating with technical project and department leaders
tracking the sales process daily in the CRM system
actively participating in conferences and trade fairs
organizing workshops with marketing support
leading sales negotiations
contributing to the development of business plans and targeted sales strategies
creating and maintaining reliable forecasts for technical services
a diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in engineering or industrial engineering
at least 3 years of sales experience in engineering
valuable experience in body engineering, powertrain, CAD, CAE, electrical & electronics, or functional safety
a drive to engage with clients and build strong, trust-based relationships
the ability to work completely independently and responsibly
excellent knowledge of both German and English.
