Software Developer for Test Systems (all genders)

You face challenges like

• the development of software for orchestrating HiL systems

• the programming and implementation of software solutions in Python and C#

• test automation, including the design and implementation of a platform for automated control of test systems, as well as the development of scripts and frameworks to increase efficiency

• contributing across the entire software lifecycle, from specification and design to implementation and acceptance testing

• the further development of the software architecture, taking existing interfaces into account

• test management, including the definition, implementation, and monitoring of automated tests, as well as the analysis of test results for continuous improvement (e.g., using Jenkins, Git, VeriStand)

• process optimization through the application and integration of a V-model approach in combination with agile methodologies

• the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation to ensure quality and traceability

You inspire us by

• a degree in Computer Science or a comparable field, combined with relevant professional experience in software development

• strong expertise in software development using Python and Git, particularly in automation solutions and the implementation of Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines

• experience with C#, ideally supported by hands-on application

• knowledge of and experience with VeriStand as well as National Instruments (NI) real-time systems, applied effectively in practice

• a self-reliant, solution-oriented working style along with high reliability, commitment, and a strong sense of responsibility

• excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

• fluent German language skills for negotiations and good command of English
