• supporting development and quality assurance through analyses

• planning, coordination, and execution of complex physical analyses and preparations on electronic components

• conducting process and yield analytics to support development, quality assurance, and manufacturing

• using sophisticated analysis methods (e.g. ultrasonic microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, EDX, metallography, infrared microscopy) for localizing and displaying weaknesses in electronic components

• developing failure hypotheses and analysis strategies for targeted error localization as well as structured documentation of analysis results

• evaluating new sample states from component development and manufacturing

You inspire us with

• a degree in physics, electrical engineering, microsystems technology, or a comparable field as well as your professional experience

• sound knowledge and practical experience in the field of physical analysis of electronic components

• prior knowledge in working with analysis methods such as light microscopy, X-ray, IR microscopy, SAM, SEM, EDX, or electrical measurement technology

• strong product and process understanding in the field of electronic components – especially in sensors such as pressure and inertial sensors

• comprehensive knowledge in construction and connection technology as well as in the technology and function of electronic components

• your confident appearance, determination, resilience, creativity, initiative, and flexibility

• very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
